Vitamin C is only good a week before you get sick and only if you take it in amounts that your body can absorb. A good way to find out what your tolerance is, take 2000mg, if you get diarhea, then take 1500mg, if you get it again, take only 1000mg. If you stop pissing out of your ass, you're golden (some people fine tune it by going up 100mg until the ass pissing starts again...)
Don't bother with Echinaeca, as we all know it doesn't do a damn thing but reduce the money in your wallet. More stupid new age homeopathic bullshit.

I'm taking Sambucol, COLD SNAP, Gypsy Cold Care tea, forcing liquids, took an extra mega-C with my regular heap-o-stuff (borage/flax/fish oil, B-complex, Folic Acid, Calcium/Magnesium, Daily Multi, L-Lysiene, Garlic+Parsley, Paxil) and i'm drinkin' juice and and now... cocoa.
Before bed, I may have an Airborn/Emergen-C cocktail because I am just that fucking hardcore.
