In light of recent events...

Yesterday, the weather was really strange. It was essentially Spring, warm and delicious and comfortable, if you were facing either East or West. North and South, however, were bitterly and freezingly Winter. It only got more bitter as day faded in to evening, and I was left jacketless walking home down hills facing in to the cold winds.

Note to self: Get a new jacket.

I went to Bound Together Books, the Anarchist bookstore on Haight after the bus I was on broke down. I always have really genuine, interesting conversations with the people who work there. Yay anarchists. Smashy smash! Archie brought me a burrito and hung out for a while as Joel and I warmed our toes under blankets. Really we should have had hot cocoa.

I've been listening to the soundtracks from Rushmore and The Royal Tenenbaums a lot.

Hey wow my friend Christian is randomly in town so he's making me listen to Sage Francis weird-assed freestyle rap. I get the feeling we're going to drink or eat or something.

Damnit I haven't got very good people skills right now!
